This repeat client was having the worst luck with finding the right lender to work with. After months of being let down, we finally found the perfect lender that was willing to work hard to make this deal work. Dedication, patience, and many sleepless nights helped to close this deal!
The Buyers of this home came to me as a referral from another Agent. The Couple's lease was about to expire, so getting them into a home was extremely time sensitive. Getting an offer accepted in this market can be hard, but if you know how to present offers and work very hard for your clients, you can make it happen. I was up for the challenge. What was my strategy you might ask? Well, I wanted to find a home that had been on the market for a while with a very motivated seller. We found this house and luckily the Seller had purchased a home in another state, meaning they were very desperate to sell.

The Buyer of this home was pressed for time. She had to be out of her rental. She was previously working with another Realtor who wasn't providing the urgent service she desperately needed. She started working with Cindy Sherwood and Cindy found her the perfect home! Knowing there would be a lot of competition, and the fact that an evening showing could not be set up for this Buyer, Cindy knew what she had to do.
